A new, easier to use child support case management system is coming October 7, 2026. Information on the current online portal will continue to be updated until September 30, 2026.

Beginning October 1st, as we prepare to move to the new system, no updates will be made to your case. The new portal will be available beginning October 7th.

Please note the following payment disbursement timeline while the system is temporarily unavailable.

• Payments received October 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th will be disbursed on October 5th.
• Payments received October 5th will be disbursed on October 6th.
• Beginning October 6th, all payments will be disbursed the day after they are received.
