A new Child Support Online Portal is coming soon. To access it, your email must be on your
official child support case record. Confirm or update your information by:

Logging in to your case and choosing Manage Account
Learn more about the new system at Illinois Child Support
Send an email to hfs.dcssconnect@illinois.gov
Calling Customer Service at (800) 447-4278

Online Services Registration

Register in our online self-service portal. In order to have access to your information online, you must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN).

Full Website - More information for larger screens.
Mobile Website - Slightly less information but optimized for smaller screens.
